Symptoms

The system is giving Error Code: -5006 : 0x80004005 when trying to upgrade from Argus Safety 4.2 SP1 HF4 to Argus Safety 4.2 SP1 HF5

Steps to Repeat:
1. Click on Launch.exe from Argus Safety 4.2 SP1 HF5 software
2. It displays a window with 3 buttons. Argus Safety, Documentation, and Visit our web site
3. Click on Argus Safety button
4. Observe that the system gives the error message: Error Code: -5006 : 0x80004005.
