Goal

It takes over 30 minutes for an OCSG AT server to shutdown using the Admin Console's Shutdown option for "when work completes", even when it is not actively processing anything.

And the following exception is thrown in the logs:

13 Apr 2010 11:40:00,799 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] WARN com.oracle.ocsg.telstra.psms.adaptor.servlet.PremiumSMSAdaptorServlet - MBean unregister error while stopping PSMS adaptor module.
weblogic.management.NoAccessRuntimeException: Access not allowed for subject: principals=[], on Resource com.oracle.ocsg.telstra.psms.adaptor.management.PSMSAdaptorMBean Operation: unregister , Target: null
