Symptoms

When attempting to view a file from AutoVue for Agile, the following error appears in the VueLink log:

"Exception java.io.InvalidClassException: com.agile.viewer.integration.service.DMSViewerFileInfo; local class incompatible: stream classdesc serialVersionUID = -3254456445131088005, local class serialVersionUID = 8730212945447191103"

Please refer to <Note 568869.1> to enable debugging in Tomcat.

The AutoVue applet shows a "File not found" error and the detailed error message is:

"java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol:
rO0ABXNyADJjb20uYWdpbGUudmlld2VyLmludGVncmF0aW9uLnNlcnZpY2UuRE1TVmlld2VySW5mbwD9....
at java.net.URL.(Unknown Source)
at java.net.URL.(Unknown Source)"
