Center Is Not Visible On CRF After Patient Transfer (Doc ID 1089868.1)

Symptoms


You are trying to perform standard data entry after having transferred a patient from one site to another site.

However, after having transferred a patient, when you open the CRF in RDC Onsite, the Center is displayed as blank. At the table level, DCI_BOOK_ID is null in RECEIVED_DCIS for target patient.

ERROR MESSAGES: none


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1.  Connect to OC
2.  Go to Conduct > Security > Patient Transfer
3.  Select source patient and target patient
4.  Go to Conduct > Security > Transfer Patient for a Study (this launches RXCLIBPT )
5.  Set the parameter according to the business rules


After job RXCLIBPT completes DCI_BOOK_ID is null for target patient in RECEIVED_DCIS

OCCURRENCE PATTERN: consistent, all users, all sites, reproducible at will
