Alcatel Alcapin NE Cannot Establish Connection With NE After Momentary Connection Loss (Doc ID 1090663.1)

Symptoms

ALCATEL(ALCAPIN) lost its connection for a short period, due to firewall changes, for normal functioning, it should again establish the connection with NE. But it was not the case. Once the momentary connection was lost, it was unable to establish the connection with NE again. Due to connection loss, all orders related to NE ALCAPIN, were stuck, for which the admin bounced the NEP.
