Goal

Unable to create a Frame Relay rider circuit in a ATM network over ATM Base facility with STM1 as consumed Signal type.
The rider circuit is of type frame relay with consumed signal as E1. The rider circuit creation failed since it was not able to display available the network route between source and destination nodes.
