Unappropriate Error Message Displayed In RDC Onsite

Symptoms
ISSUE:

Error Message: "Assigned casebook has changed. Refreshing Patient to reflect current status" is displayed when a CRF is opened for a Patient without workbook.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
1) Log-in to RDC 4.6 Onsite application.
2) Select the Study JVSTUDY03 (non flex) and site 14301,display set of patients.
3) Among patient set, some patients are assigned to DCI BOOK with CRFs entered, other patients are unassigned.
4) Select all the patients and drilldown the Casebook page.
5) Open the new CRF for new patient, say S32, which is unassigned.
6) Displays error message - "Error - Assigned casebook has changed. Refreshing patient to reflect current status"
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
---------------------------
It should not display the above error message, for the new assigned patient, CRF should open successfully without any errors.
WORKAROUND:
--------------------
Click on Close, and try to open the CRF again.
