Symptoms
MetaSolv Solution Utilities (tbs_util.exe) does not set OBF_SRVC_ADDR Address Structured Format component values to INACTIVE. The Location and Access detail form of the LSR order was still showing the components of OBF_SRVC_ADDR Address Structured Format even after they were made inactive through TBS Utilities
