No Permission To Write File "/var/tmp/temp_pin_setup" (Doc ID 1093067.1)

The Portal_Base installation has a problem with permission to write file /var/tmp/temp_pin_setup.values when two or more users are trying to install the Portal Base BRM 7.4 on the same server at the same time.

The problem occurs when the Portal_Base wizard installer tries to write the file temp_pin_setup.values in global path /var/tmp for two or more users at the same time.

The installation can be finished, but the wizard shows a java exception in the console during the installation. When the installation is finished, the file pin_setup.values does not include the values that the user entered during the wizard installation.
