Symptoms

You are logging into RDC 4.5.3 onsite. You have setup your user profile with the FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS value set to 3. However, after only two failed attempts to login using the incorrect password the following error message is thrown:

ORA-28000: the account is locked
