Symptoms

During the dictionary load process into Oracle Thesaurus Management System (TMS), the incorrect dictionary version was mis-typed in the command line.  

Cases in the Oracle Life Sciences Adverse Event Reporting System (AERS) are now producing E2B reports with the incorrect dictionary version.
