Symptoms
In Oracle Utilities MDM (Meter Data Management) when editing a TOU schedule that is already associated with a meter, an error is generated and the modifications cannot be saved. If the meter association is removed, then the modifications can be saved with no error.
“ Error (0x80040e14): [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-02292: integrity constraint (PWRLINE.FK_MTRDATCH_TOUSCH) violated - child record found”
Starting in version 01.05.00.05.00 a new error message shows: "TOU Schedule 'XXX_XXX' is already in use and cannot be edited/updated.
