Unable To See Oracle Managed Cloud Service (OMCS) Request (SR) Or Request For Change (RFC) When Managed Cloud Service Support Identifier (SI) Is Set In Profile

You are logged into My Oracle Support (http://support.oracle.com) and have the Oracle Managed Cloud Service (OMCS) (formerly On Demand) SI set in your profile; however you are unable to see either Service Requests (SR) or Request for Change (RFC) when in the Managed Cloud tab.
An error message occurs in the On Demand tab 'Service Error: odrfc:getRFCList: Unable to retrieve RFCs. You do not have view RFC privileges for the Support Identifier(s) (SI) in your profile.'
