Cannot Reset User's Password In Argus Insight (Doc ID 1095364.1)

Symptoms

The system gives the following error message when attempting to reset a user's password in Argus Insight:

"The password has not been successfully updated. Please try again or contact your system administrator."

Steps to Repeat:
1. Log into Insight as an administrator.
2. Click on Tools.
3. Select Security
4. Select a user and click on the Modify button.
5. Click on the Reset button
6. Observe that system displays the following error message:

"The password has not been successfully updated. Please try again or contact your system administrator."
