Last updated on SEPTEMBER 08, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Demantra Predictive Trade Planning - Version 7.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In v7.3.0

If a user sorts a worksheet by a series, saves the worksheet, closes the worksheet and re-opens it, the sort order does not get saved. Worksheet is displayed in the default sort order. Also, user is only able to sort the worksheet in ascending order of a series, and not in descending order.

1. Open worksheet
2. Sort by a series
3. Save worksheet
4. Close worksheet
5. Reopen worksheet

Other Symptoms also observed:

1) Reset Table Sort doesn't work (only re-running the worksheet resets the table sort)

2) Errors observed in the Collaborator.log when attempting to save the Worksheet after sorting the table similar to:

ORA-02291: integrity constraint (XXX.WS_VIEWS_SORT_SERIES_ID_FK) violated - parent key not found
