AERS 4.7 - Viewing Report Outputs Requires Re-Authentication for SSO and Login states Certificate has expired (Doc ID 1097726.1)

Symptoms

AERS 4.7

When some users attempt to view report outputs in AERS by double clicking on the job in the Case Report screen a new Internet Explorer window opens but users are prompted to again re-enter their login credentials to view the report

Steps to reproduce:

  1.  Log into AERS 4.7
  2. Run any Report
  3. Click on Run/Monitor Reports
  4. All Report Jobs
  5. Locate your Completed Report
  6. Double-Click to view Report Output
  7. Internet Explorer opens a new window
  8. Users is forced to once again re-enter their SSO login details  

Note: Same issue occurs when using AERS quick report option
With a single sign on this should not be required.

 

Additionally when logging into AERS 4.7 the following warning may be encountered:

 ‘The application‘s digital signature cannot be verified. Do you want to run the application?’

User is not able to click the check box on and the window is frozen. Only option is to terminate IE session.
