Demantra 7.3 Engine Error Due To Intermittent Models J and K Being Turned On (Doc ID 1098083.1)

Symptoms


On 7.3.0 in Test

When attempting to run the Analytical Engine while turning on 2 intermittent models
(J&K) the following error occurs.

WARNING Length of Series is difference from StdInverse: (4 <> 17)
13:22:55:274 <SVDATAICTXAPS6-0> 13:22:55:274 ERROR Failed to execute : ProcEstimate1. ExecuteHook threw Matlab exception: Inner matrix dimensions must agree.
13:22:55:274 <SVDATAICTXAPS6-0> 13:22:55:274 ERROR Failed to execute : pipe. ExecuteHook threw an exception.
13:22:55:274 <SVDATAICTXAPS6-0> 13:22:55:274 ERROR Schema (estimate7.xml) failed to execute correctly.

After the 2 models are turned off, the engine runs successfully without any errors.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Demantra.
2. NAV: Analytical Engine Administrator > Run Engine in Batch Mode
with intermittent models J and K turned on.
3. See the error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is a DM client and will need J&K models to forecast intermittent demand.
