Password Reset Does Not Immediately Take Effect

Goal

When resetting passwords via Business Modeler, it will not take effect until the application server is restarted.  Change  the setting of the AppServerUserServlet parameter to "/UserServlet" from "/NotificationServlet?NotificationType=2&UAK="  in the sys_params table, the functionallity to change the password works.

Customer would like to know if there is any other parameters in sys_params table to be considered other than "/UserServlet" .
