AERS 4.7

Online field help in Case Entry is not availble in new AERS 4.7 install.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch AERS 4.7
  2. Open any existing Case
  3. With cursor on any field in Case Data Entry selected help via:
    1. Help
    2. Help
  4. Or simply pressing the Function key F1
  5. Message appears that no help is available.
