Symptoms

Unable to access log on page.  When attempting to run dbconfigcm.cmd or admincm.cmd, the following error is returned by the database: Password has expired.

If using WebLogic, the Contract Management application cannot deploy.

These symptoms only occur when using an Oracle database.
