Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing 2.2 SP5 on IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit) 5.3

Billing Batch job is performing very slowly on Production environment.
Threadpoolworker is also crashing almost every day while running BILLING batch job with different errors. The main error is Memory Allocation Error.
