Customer Center Calls PCM_OP_Cust_Modify_Profile With The Newly Selected Profile.

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 126.96.36.199.0 version, Customer Center calls PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_PROFILE with the newly selected profile.
Steps to Reproduce :
1.Add the following code fm_cust_pol_valid_profile.c
2.Compile the same and replace the fm_cust_pol.so to $pin_home/lib.
3. Restart All service.
4. Attempt to modify a profile at the service level by adding a field on the promotions tab in customer center.
5. Ideally the error message should be the error message declared in
$pin_home/sys/errorcodes/errors.en_US which is displaying (Working correct till now)
6.Select a new profile in the promotion type drop down ( Service Level ) ,The same error message is getting displayed ir-respective of a new profile being selected.
