Item Fails to Publish To P6

Using PPM 8.0, attempting to publish an item produces the following error in the ProSight Bridge Log: “Login Failure. Technical Error: Error details: STATUS: -6000; HRESULT: 0; psSTATUS: 0; ErrorText: Technical error – Check log).” This is similar to the error that appears on screen when attempting the publish. Publishing to P6v7.
