Pipeline Error During Rating: Service not found

While rating CDRs, it passes through the Mediation Pipeline, but while going through the ALL_RATE Pipeline, the following error occurs:
19.04.2010 20:15:46 The EDR with number '00000000' (starting at byteposition: 0) contains the errors :
19.04.2010 20:15:46 Input mapping `TRANSFER_CUTOFF_TIMESTAMP' failed: date/time conversion failed.
19.04.2010 20:15:47 The EDR with number '00000001' (starting at byteposition: 56) contains the errors :
19.04.2010 20:15:47 Service not found (no source EDR container field for service code `SBD').
19.04.2010 20:15:47 The EDR is rejected.

|We suggest to find which EDR field has to be used to pick account info. The alias map table has to be populated for each internal service. Please check ifw_alias_map table for an entry with key_id as 'SBD'.|
