Symptoms
Oracle Clinical 4.6 : the following errors appear when attempting to do a 'Print Preview HTML' on any DCI :
24311: Error: ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LPX-00607: Invalid reference: 'cssPath'
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a DCI.
2. Generate DCI Provisional Layout (DCM graphic layout is available).
3. Graphic Layout Editor : invoke the following menu option : File > Print Preview HTML.
