Frequent Timeouts Occur in AAA-Gateway Pipeline Manager (Doc ID 1104813.1)

Symptoms

There are lots of timeouts happening in AAA-Gateway Manager Pipeline.

The flow of the event data record (EDR):

  1. The dispatcher pipeline receives the input.
  2. There iScripts are called in the ProcessPipeline:
        a. ISC_PopulateOpcodeAndUtilBlock_Diameter.isc
        b. ISC_GenericPreOpcode.isc
        c. ISC_GenericPostOpcode.isc
  3. INOutputPipeline Output Grammar is called and the response is sent back.

EDRs are getting timeout after ISC_GenericPostOpcode and INOutPipeline. There is no error from Opcode Call in the ProcessPipeline.
