Goal

Q1 (WSS):  For security reasons, we would like to set up a reporting system to notify us of customer's who have not logged into Web Self Service for 1-3 months.  How can we monitor when customer's log into Web Self Service?


Q2 (CC&B):  We would also like to have the same monitoring system to track login's for our CC&B users.  What is the best way to accomplish this?
