In OFSAA 5.1, when attempting to do maintenance of an existing (Profitability Management / Funds Transfer Pricing) tuning options the Rule Name does not appear in the Edit window.

Expect the Rule Name to appear for existing Tuning Option Rules.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Financial Services Applications -> Administration -> Process Tuning
2. Open existing Tuning Option Rule
