Symptoms

When Interval Billing BASE program CIPIDCN generates error message 17, 11035, there is not enough information in the error message to determine which Service Agreement is encountering the problem.

The error message only includes details similar to the following:

Error - CIPIIDCN - Interval Profile Rel Type DAILYGAS - Processing period 2009-01-01-00.00.00.000000 - 2009-12-01-06.00.00 is not a multiple of 001440 minutes intervals
