Wrong Rap Files Are Getting Generated, Which Are Not Valid As Per Td57 Standards (Doc ID 1108303.1)

Symptoms


1. Wrongly formed RAP files got generated in production under high input load conditions. These are analyzed by a TAP reader and shows errors like:

Encode errors found in file:Integer CallReference exceeds specified size 4 @99


2. In Some cases, RAP is getting generated for partial TAP files.
e.g. if a TAP file contains 10 CDRs, 7 gets processed successfully and for rest RAP is generated
