Called Number Value In Case SMS MO And Calling Number Value In SMS MT Case Are Populated Wrongly. (Doc ID 1108764.1)

As per the TAP standard:

SMS MO record - Called Number should contain MSISDN SMS Center Number, but it contain SMS Destination Number
Dialled Digits field should contain SMS Destination Number that can be B Number to which SMS was sent

In case of SMS MT record calling number should be populated with MSISDN of SMS center Number.
