Promotion Records Cannot Be Viewed In The Application (Doc ID 1108865.1)

Symptoms

You are unable to query search on some Promotion ids ( not all ) in the Maintain Promotion screen even though you have  adequate Workflow Permissions and Data Permissions in Retail Security Manager (RSM)

Steps to Recreate :
1. Log in to RPM
2. Open Promotion window
3. Maintain promotion
4. Search for a particular promotion (ex: 18662)
No records were returned but, in the back-end, the records exist
