Goal
Resolve error by iScript ISC_AddCBD.isc.
During manual rerating we are using BACKOUT and RERATE pipelines as mentioned in documentation. The BACKOUT pipeline also contains iScript ISC_AddCBD.isc. The iScript ISC_AddCBD.isc does not perform any processing and ends with an error.
