User With Dm Role Is Not Able To Login To RDC After Defining DCI Level Access For The DM Role.

Symptoms
User gets the following error message after defining DCI Level Access for the DM Role:
"Your account <OPS$USERNAME> has multiple roles assigned which may conflict. No DCI Access is allowed. Please contact your help desk.”
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create any user in Oracle Clinical
- Assign 2 roles to the user which are listed in USER GROUP ROLES and are mapped to a different LONG_VALUE.
- Connect to RDC Onsite
- Error message appears
