Bill Run Hangs During Pin_Bill_Day Execution (Doc ID 1111964.1)

Symptoms

It is observed that pin_bill_day hangs at some point and does not come out of the prompt, it hangs at a point when "pin_cycle_fees -purchase" starts processing.

The following command is used to run billing:

Where the control file contains the account poid and billinfo poid to be billed.
