How can you add two more DCMs in a DCI where it was not included initially?

For instance:

With a study in active phase, half of the visits (DCIs) have been entered for received DCIs.

Two of the scheduled DCMs were not defined in the DCI. In the study, start page no. and number of pages of each DCIs are already been defined.
