Symptoms

On 11i.FEM.D.1 Rollup #4 and 11i.PFT.A.1 Rollup #4, when running any Rule Sets with Mapping Rules the following error occurs:

Core dump and hanging memory is also reported. Even after removing shared memory and sempahores on the server, and starting from scratch the errors are still recurring.
