Many "flist print failed (4) in pin_flist_to_str" Errors Observed In CM.pinlog (Doc ID 1116163.1)

Purpose

Running a Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) application, this error "flist print failed (4) in pin_flist_to_str" was showing in cm.pinlog several times, although all operations were working fine.
