xmlhttp Request Failed: 3521093600 (Doc ID 1116675.1)

Symptoms

Following error is raised after clicking on a DVG question:

This application has encountered a fatal error and will shut down.
XMLHttp request failed: 3521093600 (Servlet error: IO Exception. Unable to proceed further.).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Click in field, click on magnifying glass icon.

Following were determined during the troubleshooting:

1) This issue happens in some desktops. In another desktops everything works correctly.
2) Using Firefox to check the behavior, the issue doesn't happen.
3) In a fresh windows user, the issue doesn't happen.

Another symptom of the issue:

Error message: "Dialog Failed: alertDiscrepancyAction" when the user selects an action then clicks "Go".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

* Connect to RDC Onsite, and open a CRF with a Discrepancy.
* Go to the Discrepancy Management
* Select a value from Action, and the Go
