Terms Not Available in 'Select Classification Hierarchy Terms/Values' Screen (Doc ID 1121403.1)

Symptoms

On LSH 2.1.3 version,
After assigning 'Explicit' classification to a Business Area Instance object,
hierarchy terms are not available for selection in "Select Classification
Hierarchy Terms/Values" screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that hierarchy terms should be available for selection under "Select Classification Hierarchy Terms/Values" screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a Hierarchy and Levels as described in "Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub -
    Installation Verification Tests", release 2.1.3 document;
2. Add terms Top1 and Top2;
3. Open a Business Area;
4. From "Actions" drop-down list select "Assign Classification" and click on "Go" button;
5. Click on "Update" button;
6. Set "Assignment Type" to "Explicit";
7. Add a term to this level;
8. In "Select Classification Hierarchy Terms/Values" screen click on "Go" button;
    There is no value returned by the search, even the Top1 and Top2 terms are defined.
