Using Content Server Archiver to Move GRC Manager Content From One System to Another

Symptoms

Using the Content Server Archiver tool to move GRC Manager content from a production instance to a Test instance. There are two errors happening.

1. Archiver export has many errors like this:

Error 5/10/10 1:12 PM Export error for archive 'Prod123' in collection 'idcm1': Unable to create export record for content item '001234' with id 123456. Unable to copy the file 'D:\oracle\idcm1\weblayout\groups\soadocuments\documents\soa_bpo\001234.xls' to 'D:\oracle\idcm1\archives\prod\10-may-10_13.05.10_966_01\10\weblayout\groups\soadocuments\documents\soa_bpo\001234~10.xls'. The source file does not exist. [ Details ]

2. Archiver Import has many errors like this:

Changes

A new installation of GRC Manager was installed.  Moving the data from a production system to a blank test system with no data.
