ORA-01722: Invalid Number Error When Running PDR From RDC (Doc ID 1122113.1)

Symptoms

Using RDC, generating the Patient Data Report fails with the following errors in the java log:

LOG
-----
Generating Overflow Section for RDCI/ Blank Crf 196604010
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01722: invalid number

The report is failing for some patients but not all.

Log on to RDC, select patient and generate PDR
