Planning ODS Load Completes With Warning ORA-00001 MSC_UNITS_OF_MEASURE_U2 (Doc ID 1122218.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run data collections,the following warning occurs in planning ODS Load:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (MSC.MSC_UNITS_OF_MEASURE_U2) violated

STEPS:
1. Navigate to Advanced Supply Chain Planning > Collections > Collect From Oracle Systems > Standard Collections
2. Launch the data collections
3. See that collections fails with the said error
