Symptoms
You are trying access Batch Load Formats after a new installation of a 4.6 version of OC/RDC
However, upon accessing the Batch Load Formats form (RXCGLMFM) and querying up the STANDARD form there are no format components presented.
ERROR MESSAGES: NA
NAVIGATION :
OC NAV: Conduct > Batch Data Load > Batch Load Formats > F7 (enter Query mode) > Type STANDARD into Name field > F8 (Execute Query
Expected Result: Format Components should be presented.
OCCURRENCE PATTERNS: always since fresh install
WORKAROUNDS: none available
WHAT IS WORKING: all else seems to be working fine.
