Symptoms

FirstUsage feature for resource utilization doesn’t work for multi-db system. We have several databases and the accounts are stored in the database 0.0.0.11. As you can see in the cm logs, the mentioned opcode PCM_OP_BAL_CHANGE_VALIDITY_FROM_STRING raise the following error
