Unable To Access TMS HTML Browser For The Non Default Database (Doc ID 1125087.1)

Symptoms

When accessing a non-default database using the TMS Html Browser, the application reverts to the default database defined in the opaconfig.xml file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to the default database ( i.e. DB1)
2. Able to Login.
3. Update the URL to point to second database(i.e. DB2)
4.Enter userid/password.
5.Logs to the default Database.
(If user password is different in both the database then second database login will fail)
