Purpose

This document provides a few clarifications on section "Configuring Time Zone Settings" in Oracle Communications Order and Service Management, Installation Guide, Release 7.0.1.

Particularly around: "The database server running OSM must not use Daylight Savings Time (DST); otherwise date and schedule calculations will be incorrect during Daylight Savings Time. Set the database server to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) to avoid this problem."
