Symptoms
The below errors are seen in our dm_oracle.pinlog when opening some accounts in Customer Center at one time (Example 20 accounts)
1. Search for a list of accounts in CC
2. Select a list of accounts to Open
3. Once all accounts open check logs for errors. *The error does not occur all the time.
