Symptoms

When executing lbyproc as:

lbyproc /I=lbyproc.xml /INI=fsiuser.ini /T

where lbyproc.xml contains

<ADD>
<LIBRARY VALUE="/home/documaker/rel114/mstrres/rpex1/deflib/master.lby"/>
<FILENAME VALUE="/home/documaker/rel114/mstrres/rpex1/deflib/MyTestDal.DAL"/>
<NAME VALUE="MyTestDal"/>
<TYPE VALUE="DAL"/>

the system returned the following message:
