CCB SDK v2.2.0.10 Launch Scripts Not Shown In The Add Run Favorites Window (Doc ID 1128103.1)

Symptoms

After successfully installing CCB 2.3.0 and configuring SDK 2.2.0.10 when navigating to Run -> Organize Favorites -> Add the process does not complete successfully. Instead the Add Run Favorites Window is not showing any references of the available launch configurations.
